Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has applied for plying of the bus in the route mentioned in paragraph 5 of the writ petition and matter is pending before the Divisional Commissioner-cum-Chairman, Koshi Regional Transport Authority, Saharsa.

It has been submitted that petitioner has already filed application along with requisite fee before the Koshi Regional Transport Authority, Saharsa for granting road permit for running the bus, the concerned authority is

Patna High Court CWJC No.4747 of 2017 (2) dt.28-06-2017 obliged to consider and take decision within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation this writ petition is disposed of.
