This is an application for quashing the order dated 02.12.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.Petition No.40 of 2019 arising out of Rajaun P.S.Case No.33 of 2014 and ABP No.357 of 2019 passed by learned District & Sessions Judge, Banka and a further direction to the learned court below to extend the time of surrender before the court below.

The application appears to be misconceived. However, petitioner is granted liberty to withdraw this application with a liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to any appropriate legal remedy as may be available to him under law.
