JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 10-07-2019 In the instant application preferred under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the prayer of the petitioner in para 1 is as under:- (A) A writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/s, order/s, direction/s commanding the Respondents Authorities:- (i) To investigate the case concerned, i.e. Chiraiya P.S. Case No.211 of 2015 on the point of involvement of the accused persons namely Randhir Yadav, Rajesh Yadav, Rampravesh Yadav and Tarun Mishra in the alleged acts, so as to help strengthen the prosecution's case to meet the ends of justice.
