2. The petitioner seeks bail in Imamganj P.S. Case No. of dated 28.11.2009 instituted under Sections 147/148/149/427/379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. This is the second attempt for bail by the petitioner as earlier such prayer was rejected on 10.12.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 8474 of 2014.

4. Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties, the Court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8101 of 2016 dt.03-05-2017 2/2 does not find any fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for bail to the petitioner as no mitigating circumstances have been brought to notice, except for passage of time.

5. Further, taking into account what has been recorded in the earlier order dated 10.12.2014, the prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

6. However, the trial court is directed to ensure that the trial is expedited and short dates are fixed. The Senior Superintendent of Police, Gaya is also directed to ensure that prosecution witnesses appear before the Court for their deposition on the dates so fixed.
