(i) That the Respondents No. 2, 3 and 4 may be directed to remove the encroachment from public road at Mauza-Bisanpur Sonsa, Thana No. 227, Khata No. 154, Khesra old- 1658, Area83 Decimal, under Khanpur BlockSamastipur, Bihar encroached by Local People."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of

Patna High Court CWJC No.1748 of 2024(2) dt.29-04-2024 2/2 the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Khanpur, Distroct-Samastipur, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
