Petitioner being the husband of the victim is languishing in custody since 15.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant by this petitioner and others. The dead body was recovered from Mariya canal.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that charge-sheet has been submitted under Sections 498A, 306, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and considering the same, other accused persons have been granted bail vide Cr.
