The present petition has been preferred for grant of the following relief(s):- "(i) For setting aside the Patrank 126 dt. 30.01.2016 issued under the signature of Circle Officer Beldaur, whereby and whereunder the Circle Officer Beldaur has given notice to the petitioner to remove from land in question till 06.02.2016. Further direction to the respondents not take any action on the land in which petitioner is residing peacefully and further staying on the proceeding issued under the signature of Circle Officer Beldaur in Patrank 126 dt. 30.01.2016."
