This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Sarai Ranjan PS Case No. 117 of 2018 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he is one of the bikers involved in snatching mobile. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 02.08.2018. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than five months, this application is allowed. Accordingly, let the
