The present contempt petition has been filed for noncompliance of the order dated 22.07.2022 passed in CWJC No. 7585 of 2022.

A show cause has been filed on behalf of the respondent no. 7, is on record, annexing the letter no. 14 dated 13.05.2023 passed by the Principal and directed to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Kaimur at Bhabhua in which it has been clarified that no amount has been released from the petitioner as there was no such departmental order. In that view of the matter, no case of contempt is made out.

Accordingly, the MJC No. 88 of 2023 stands disposed of.
