Neither the petitioner was found on the spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession at the time of arrest of other accused. However, the apprehended accused disclosed the name of the petitioner and thereafter the petitioner was arrested in this case. The petitioner does carry criminal antecedents but, in the present case, except the confessional statement of co-accused, there appears to be nothing against him. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
