For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Vinay Ranjan For the State : Mr. Kameshwar Kumar-GP-17 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Since the petitioner has already appeared in the subsequent examination held by the Bihar School Examination Board, no orders need to be passed in the present proceeding. It is the case of the petitioner that his previous result published by the Bihar School Examination Board, has not been cancelled. If this is his stand, then he should not have any apprehension that his studies in technical Institution shall be adversely affected. However, I have no comment to make as to whether he was validly declared pass in 10+2 examination held by the Bihar School Examination Board in the year 2016.

Patna High Court CWJC No.2184 of 2017 (2) dt.12-04-2017 2/2 This application stands disposed of with the observations aforesaid.
