JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are in jail custody since 10.09.2014 and except general allegation of outraging the modesty as well as theft, there appears to be nothing serious in the first information report. So far as allegation of outraging the modesty as well as theft are concerned, that is not, too, specific against the petitioners rather general allegation has been levelled against them. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioners in jail custody, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount
