Petitioner is languishing in custody since 09.05.2016 in connection with Bettiah (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 194 of 2016 for offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Some unknown criminals committed theft of three motorcycles and mobile from the house of the informant. It is said that on the confessional statement of the petitioner recovery of one of the motorcycles was made from the possession of coaccused, namely, Sonu Kumar. The petitioner is in custody since 9th of May, 2016.

Considering the period undergone by the petitioner and the nature of allegation, let petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51776 of 2016 (2) dt.30-11-2016 2/2 be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 194 of 2016.
