Mr.Satya Nand Shukla, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 28-02-2023 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 427, 385, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code has been added in this case. The prosecution case is that the locks of C.S.P. Fino Payment Bank, Sitamarhi, were found broken and two cameras of the Bank were found misplace. When the informant checked the camera machine on his own he found some footage and features. In the footage one Hari Krishna Kumar of his own village was found in the machine. Further case of the prosecution is that the accused came to the Bank for demand of extortion of rupees two lakhs and threatened the informant that

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The demand of ransom is not executed and the petitioner is in custody since 15.10.2022 having no criminal antecedent. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Punaura P.S. Case No. 305 of 2022 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi.
