2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 308(3), 308(5), 109, 126(2), 115(2), 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per prosecution case, on 27.11.2024 at about 10 AM, this petitioner alongwith other co-accused persons demanded Rangdari from staff of informant and also fired in air.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Specific accusation of firing is against co-accused Lallu Rai and Ashok Singh.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that besides present case, petitioner is accused in three more cases.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedent, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
