JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One country made pistol and three live cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 15.07.2015. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of three cases but taking note of the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari in connection with Raxaul P.S.Case No. 174 of 2015.
