The petitioner is in custody in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 243 of 2019, for the offence under Sections 414 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 20 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case, small quantity of Ganja was seized and he is in custody since 06.09.2019.

Considering the fact that small quantity of Ganja was seized, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five
