2. The present writ application has been filed seeking permission to correct the name of the father of the petitioner in the cause title of C.W.J.C. No. 1877 of 2015 and pursuant thereto for modification of the order dated 23.08.2018 by which C.W.J.C. No. 1877 of 2015 had been disposed off, relating to the name of the father of the petitioner.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that even in the present application, the name of the father of the petitioner has been wrongly mentioned and he may be permitted to correct the

It was submitted that the name of the father of the petitioner is Jugesh Sharma and not Jagdish Sharma as has been typed in the present application as well as in C.W.J.C. No. 1877 of 2015 and as a consequence in the order dated 23.08.2018 in C.W.J.C. No. 1877 of 2015.
4. Learned counsel for the State does not oppose.
5. Having considered the matter, the prayer is allowed. Permission is granted to learned counsel for the petitioner to correct the name of the father of the petitioner in the cause title of C.W.J.C. No.1877 of 2015 as well as the in the present application. Let the same be done during the course of the day.
6. As a consequence, the name of the father of the petitioner in the judgment and order dated 23.08.2018 in C.W.J.C. No. 1877 of 2015 be also read as 'Sri Jugesh Sharma' instead of 'Sri Jagdish Sharma'.
7. The application stands disposed off in the aforementioned terms.
