From possession of the petitioner one loaded country made pistol and thirty live cartridges were recovered. It is submitted that the petitioner is in jail since 19.05.2014. The petitioner is accused in Alauli P.S. Case No. 220 of 2013. Considering the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than seven months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M, Khagaria in Alauli P.S.
