JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration that 35 kg. stolen copper wire is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and he carries criminal antecedent of cases of similar nature, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail, at least, at this stage and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Chautarwa P.S. Case No. 209 of 2014 pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran stands rejected.

However, learned trial court is directed to expedite

No.8355 of 2016 (2) dt.26-02-2016 2/2 the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible, preferably within four months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, failing which the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the learned court below itself.
