Patna High Court CWJC No.1927 of 2020(2) dt.25-02-2020 2/2 petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to prefer a representation before the Bihar Urban Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd. (BUIDCO) staking its claim for being chosen as a concessionaire as the earlier noncompletion of work within the stipulated time is not attributable to the petitioner.

2. Should such a representation be filed within a reasonable period of time, preferably within a period of two weeks, this Court would expect that the BUIDCO would look into the aforesaid representation in a holistic manner and shall communicate to the petitioner the reasons for either accepting or rejecting such representation.

3. Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
