The petitioner has filed the present application for speedy disposal of the trial of four cases pending before the learned Trial Courts, at Siwan, bearing (i) Complaint Case No. 1841 of 2015, (ii) Complaint Case No. 996 of 2017, (iii) Hussainganj Police Station Case No. 180 of 2017 and (iv) Siwan Town Police Station Case No. 368 of 2017. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner resides and works at Chennai and is facing difficulty in attending all the four cases, which are pending for trial for a
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.345 of 2021(2) dt.21-06-2023 2/2 long period, since 2015 onwards.
Taking into consideration the nature of prayer made in this application, the same is allowed with a direction to the concerned Trial Courts at Siwan to dispose the trial of all the four cases mentioned above expeditiously.
