The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named four persons and alleged that petitioner no.2 Shailendra Singh assaulted the informant with Farsa on his neck. Munna Singh petitioner no.1 is alleged to have snatched chain from the neck of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits the injury is simple in nature as it appears from annexure-2. The I.O. found that the informant fell down from a motorcycle and got injured.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2922 of 2015 (2) dt.22-01-2015 2/2 Having considered the fact that on account of assault made by the petitioner no.2 simple injury is caused to the informant and there is no allegation of assault against petitioner no.1, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M, Motihari, East Champaran in Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 263 of 2013.
