Heard the parties in virtual Court.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 461,379 of I.P.C. The FIR of the occurrence of theft is against unknown. The petitioners are in custody since 09.10.2020. Investigation of the case is already complete. Submission is that the petitioners were never put on T.I. Parade nor any incriminating article was recovered from their possession.

Considering the submission aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14257 of 2021(2) dt.07-07-2021 2/2 bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Aurangabad Town Police Station Case No.370 of 2019, G.R.No.1794 of 2019 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.

(c) The petitioners shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
