1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) of the IPC.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that petitioners being father-in-law and mother-in-law of the O.P. No.2 came to be falsely implicated in the present case based on general and omnibus and ornamental allegations. It is next submitted that whenever if the dispute arises in between the husband and the wife, the entire family members are implicated in a mechanical manner. It is next submitted even the husband
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7347 of 2024(2) dt.01-03-2024 2/2 of the O.P. No.2 is availing his remedies available in law and has filed Cr. Misc. No.15924 of 2024 seeking anticipatory bail which is pending adjudication.
4. The learned APP opposes the anticipatory bail application.
5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioner above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with C.R. No.1030 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
6. The application stands allowed.
