2. The petitioner seek bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) and 33 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3 . It is alleged that 12.5 liters of illicit country-made liquor has been recovered from the house of this petitioner Vidyalal Sahni.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and petitioner has got no concern with the alleged recovery . Petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2024 . Chargesheet has already been submitted.

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4786 of 2025(2) dt.05-03-2025 2/2 for bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, period of custody and other circumstances of the case , let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Court No. 1 , East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 465 of 2020 .
