The name of this petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused and after that petitioner was arrested and he, too, confessed his guilt and it is alleged that used motorcycle as well as looted cash was recovered from the house of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 09.09.2014 and allegedly, Rs. 3,75,000/- was looted but only Rs. 10,000/- is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
