Mr. Prabhakar Jha- GP27 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 17-10-2022 Mr. Kishan Kumar, Advocate, appears for Mr. Alok Kumar Singh, counsel for the petitioner.
1. The petitioner assails an order passed by the District Teacher's Appellate Authority dated 10.07.2009, whereby the petitioner's teacher training certificate was not considered as recognized for the purpose of appointment. The order of 2009 has been challenged before this court after a period of nine years, by preferring a writ petition in 2018 which has seen the light of the day now in 2022, the delay is unexplained. The writ petition is thus found to be highly belated.
Patna High Court CWJC No.19496 of 2018(2) dt.17-10-2022 2/2
2. Further, the Teachers Training Certificate obtained from Gandhi Hindi Vidyapeeth, Allahabad by the petitioner is admittedly not recognized in State of Bihar for employment.
3. In view thereof, no case for interference is made out.
4.The writ petition is dismissed.
