This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that from the possession of the petitioner two cartridges and a mobile have been recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the police has got registered three cases of the same occurrence and except those three cases there is no other case.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioner is in jail custody since 17.11.2015, let petitioner above named be directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 318 of 2015, G.R. No. 3326 of 2015.
