The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Special Case No. 3536 of 2021 arising out of P.R. (Ram Krishna Nagar) P.S. Case No. 42 of 2021 registered under Sections 30(a), 32(1), 32(3), 41(1) and 41(2) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to local Mohalla politics. Further submission is that petitioner has no concern neither with the seized car nor with the alleged liquor. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

(Ram Krishna Nagar) P.S. Case No. 42 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
