The petitioner being husband of the informant is languishing in custody since 4.10.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 498A, 328, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Accusation is of torture for non-fulfillment of dowry demand. It is specifically alleged against the petitioner that he administered some poisonous substance to the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that injury report of the informant suggests no external injury particularly resisting injury. Moreover, investigation has already concluded.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6904 of 2016 (2) dt.11-02-2016 2/2 named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd ADJ, Saharsa in connection with S. Tr. No.11 of 2016 arising out of Saharsa (Mahila) P.S. Case No.58/2015.
