2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Khanpur P.S. Case No. 105 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 498(A), 304(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted and killed the deceased due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 19.09.2024. He further submits that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased and on the date of occurrence and before that the petitioner was working in Gujarat.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. From the records it appears that on the date of occurrence and before that the petitioner was working in Gujarat.
7. Considering the above, this application for regular bail is allowed.
8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Samastipur /concerned Court below in connection with Khanpur P.S. Case No. 105 of 2024.
