2. The petitioner has challenged the order dated 27.10.2016 passed by State Information Commission by which a sum of Rs. 25,000/- has been ordered to be realized from Incharge Headmaster of the Government Middle School, Rampur Dih, District- Bhagalpur.

3. During pendency of this writ application, the petitioner deposited the cost amount of Rs. 25,000/- as directed by the State Information Commission in the Government Treasury on 19.09.2017. Subsequently, in the year 2019, the petitioner filed an Interlocutory Application No. 01/2019 praying for a direction to refund of Rs. 25,000/- to the petitioner.

4. Since cost amount of Rs. 25,000/-, imposed by the State Information Commission, has already been deposited by the petitioner, this petition has become infructuous. The writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
