Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No.108 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272, 273 of the IPC and under Section 30(a)(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR. Petitioner is arrested from the spot but nothing was recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner name has been transpired on the confessional statement of co-accused. Petitioner is in custody since 13.12.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the
