The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No. 101 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 120(B), 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13727 of 2021(2) dt.03-01-2022 2/3 The petitioner Nos. 1 and 4 are said to have got a sale-deed executed in their favour of a land belonging to the informant. However, only the part consideration money was paid. This led the informant to lodge the subject F.I.R. as also a Suit for cancellation of the sale-deed. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that, in the interregnum, the parties sat across the table and settled their dispute. The land said to have been conveyed to petitioner Nos. 1 and 4 have been returned to the informant and the informant has also promptly returned the part consideration amount paid by petitioner Nos. 1 and 4.

Regard being had to the facts afore-stated, the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Bettiah (West Champaran) in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13727 of 2021(2) dt.03-01-2022 3/3 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

Be it noted that petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 have been made accused in this case only because they are being related to petitioner Nos. 1 and 4.

The application stands allowed.
