2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he could not submit representation within four weeks from the date of

Patna High Court MJC No.84 of 2023 dt.01-03-2024 2/2 disposal of writ petition and he seeks extension of time to submit representation. As on the date of submission of the present M.J.C., the time has already elapsed, therefore, question of extension of time in the order dated 29.07.2022 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 8889 of 2022 is not warranted.

3. Accordingly, M.J.C. stands dismissed reserving liberty to the petitioner to file Civil Review petition, if he is so advised.
