JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-06-2020 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Kankarbagh P. S. Case No. 652 of 2019 dated 05.07.2019 instituted for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Though small quantity of liquor is said to have been recovered from a house which is stated to be of the mother of the petitioner but considering the aforesaid factum of recovery, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. In case the petitioner surrenders before the court below and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its
