2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 20.11.2025 passed in Cr. Appeal ( SJ) no. 649 of 2025 by which the petitioner had been granted anticipatory bail by this Court and he was directed to surrender within four weeks from the date of the order.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner was examinee of B.A. Part-III semester Balia ( U.P) and he was not aware about furnishing of bail bonds, he could not furnish the bail bonds in time.

4. Considering the aforesaid submission of the learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5747 of 2026(2) dt.12-02-2026 2/2 counsel for the petitioners, this application is allowed.

5. The time granted to the petitioners to surrender before the Court below for furnishing the bail bonds vide order dated 20.11.2025 passed in Cr. Appeal ( SJ) no. 649 of 2025 is hereby extended by four weeks from today.

6. Accordingly, the order dated 20.11.2025 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) no. 649 of 2025 is modified to the above extent. (Sandeep Kumar, J) N.K/- U T
