The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 399 and other allied sections of the I.P.C. along with section 25(1-B), 26, 35 of the Arms Act. It appears that police on chase apprehended three persons namely Rakesh Kumar, Pawan Kumar and Sunil Kumar and on search arms and ammunitions were recovered. The name of the petitioner figured in the confession statement of coaccused but nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 07.11.2014. . Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like
