In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 116 of 2011 (G.R. No. 1688 of 2011) for offence under Sections 304B/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the father-in-law of the victim. As per the claim of the petitioner, the victim and the husband were doing job at Delhi, both developed acquaintance to each other, ultimately the victim entered into marriage with Sonu Bind.
