This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Bariyarpur Police Station Case No. 72 of 2020, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 149, 133, 323, 332, 333, 155, 353, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and co-accused, Shashi Paswan, who is named in the FIR, have been granted anticipatory bail by Coordinate Bench in Cr. Misc. No.39683 of 2020 vide order dated 8th June, 2021. Similarly co-accused Abhishek Paswan have also been granted anticipatory bail by
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14822 of 2021(2) dt.12-01-2022 2/2 another Coordinated Bench vide Order dated 06.08.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 114 of 2021.
Learned Addl. P.P. has opposed and the prayer for bail.
Considering the aforementioned fact and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 2nd, Munger, in connection with Bariyarpur Police Station Case No. 72 of 2020, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
