JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 20-04-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for a direction to the respondent authorities to consider the case of the petitioner for transfer in the light of the Government's policy. The petitioner is said to have completed more than 3 years at the present place of posting.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner may file a representation in this regard with the competent authority which may be looked into in accordance with the policy of the Government.

Having regard to the submissions noted hereinabove, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation with the Director-in-Chief (Nursing) Health

Patna High Court CWJC No.1735 of 2023(2) dt.20-04-2023 2/2 Services, Government of Bihar (respondent no. 3) within a period of six weeks from today.

If such representation is filed, the same will be considered by respondent no. 3 in accordance with the Government's policy, without discrimination and by maintaining uniformity in similar cases.
