2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 352, 351(3), 304(2), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 15.07.2024 at about 8 PM, all the petitioners who are named in the F.I.R. abused and assaulted informant. Petitioner no. 1 (Md. Jawaid) is alleged to have snatched gold chain from the neck of informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that present case is counter blast of Complaint Case No. 1905 of 2023 and Misc. Case No. 139 of 2023, which have been filed by husband of petitioner no. 4 against informant. Injury sustained by informant is simple in nature.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Banka in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 231 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
