Petitioner is in jail custody since 07.11.2014 in a case initially registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code was also added. Taking into consideration that name of this petitioner appears to have come in confessional statement of co-accused, Rajesh Kumar Mahto, who has already been acquitted, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Pradeep Kumar Chaudhary, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Uda Kishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No. 127 of 2012.
