2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Excise Case No.1384 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 30(b), 30(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

3. Since the alleged recovery has been made from the Fodder House (Bhusa Ghar) of the petitioner and in my view, this anticipatory bail is not maintainable and accordingly, this petition stands dismissed being not maintainable.

4. However, petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular
