The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sarsi P.S. Case No.277 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 447, 448, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim. The petitioner is in custody since 04.12.2023. 4.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner without accepting the guilt of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is ready to compensate the victim by paying an amount of Rs.45,000/- as medical assistance. 5.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5894 of 2024(2) dt.17-02-2024 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Purnea, in connection with Sarsi P.S. Case No.277 of 2022.

At the time of furnishing the bail bonds, the petitioner shall furnish a demand draft of Rs.45,000/- prepared in the name of the victim. If the petitioner furnishes the demand draft of Rs.45,000/-, the Court below shall accept the bail bonds of the petitioner and hand over the said demand draft to the victim.
