In the instant writ application, the petitioner has sought direction for his appointment pursuant to selection process of the year 2008. In the meanwhile, the Rule has undergone a change. Now under the amended Rule, passing of TET examination is the eligibility for consideration for selection and unless a candidate passes the TET examination, he does not come within the zone of consideration for selection of Panchayat Teacher. In view of the subsequent change in the Rule, no
