In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Dehri (T) P.S. Case No. 249 of 2015 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 302, 452 and 380/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation has been made against the petitioner is that he tried to commit rape upon the informant aged about 12 years in the field when she was cutting grass. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the petitioner is given liberty that he may renew his prayer for bail after completion of one year
