The petitioner is languishing in custody since 09.07.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 328, 392 and 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant's tanker lorry loaded with Diesel and Petrol was robbed by unknown miscreants after overpowering of the driver and cleaner alongwith two employees of the concerned Petrol Pump. Some of the miscreants were apprehended in Dumaria Ghat P.S. Case No. 50 of 2013 where they made inculpatory statement accepting their involvement in the present case and named the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Parade nor recovery has been made from his possession and statement to that effect has been made in paragraph no. 7 of the petition and similarly situated co-accused Rajeev Ranjan has been granted bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 19692 of 2014.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has not been put on T. I. Parade, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Muzaffarpur, in connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 44 of 2013.
