The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 23.01.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.24675 of 2016.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was granted bail on submission that he is ready to make payment of Rs.6000/- per month to the informant from "February, 2017", but in the order inadvertently it was recorded as "February, 2016".

This Court usually directs such payment subsequent to the date of order. In the present matter order has been passed on 23.01.2017, but inadvertently the date of payment has been recorded as "February, 2016" in place of "February, 2017". Let the order dated 23.01.2017 is modified to the extent only that the petitioner is ready to make payment of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5476 of 2017 (2) dt.08-02-2017 2/2 Rs.6000/- per month to the informant from February, 2017. Rest of the conditions as stipulated in the above order will remain the same.

Accordingly, the modification application is disposed of in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No.230/2015, pending before the learned ACJM-VII, Buxar.
